Head to Rucesion Bank and speak to Antonio.
Click "Clean up" and after he's finished complaining about the clutter agree to help him by clicking "Sure, why not" and then "Yes, I need the exercise". He will give you 10 items and a list of their owners.

Go to each of the owners below and say "Antonio sent me" to return their items.
