Investigating Tavaly's Mystery

Head to Tavaly Village and speak to Quinn.
They will ask you to kill 10 of each monster and retrieve 1 Fragmented Plan

Enter Sacred Forest 1-1 and kill until you have 10 of each monster killed.
Once you have killed 10 of each monster and picked up 1 Plan return to Quinn.

They will ask you to kill 25 of each monster and bring another 10 Fragmented Plan.

Enter Sacred Forest 1-1 and kill until you have 25 of each monster killed.
Once you have killed 25 of each monster and picked up 10 Plans return to Quinn.

You will be asked to wait for 3 hours.
After 3 hours return and you will recieve a Sacred Treaty.

Head to Tavaly Town Hall and speak to Theodora.
She will ask you for a disguise. You will need a Hostile Costume from the Aman Jungle Quests.
 Male Hostile Costume
Female Hostile Costume
 Hostile Headgear

Equip both parts of the costume and say "Hostile Emissary" aloud near Theodora.
She will tell you there is a meeting in Sacred Forest 6-1, and to state you are the emissary.

Head to Sacred Forest 6-1 (5,2) and say "Hostile Emissary" aloud near Forest Barbarian Commander.
He will give you Sacred Ritual Part 1.

Return to Theodora at Tavaly Town Hall and say "Sacred Ritual".

She will ask you to gather the following;
 5x Blue Frog Meat
 5x Red Frog Meat
 5x Grey Frog Meat
 10x Dendron Flower
20x Aqua Stone

You should take this time to also gather items for later;
20x Yowien Blue Vine
20x Yowien Yellow Vine
20x Crystal Bar
20x Yowien Grey Fur

Gather all of these items before you continue.

Head back to Sacred Forest 6-1 and say "Hostile Emissary" aloud near the Forest Barbarian Commander.
He will ask you to deliver some items to Sacred Forest 12-1.

Head to Sacred Forest 12-1 (35,9) and say "Hostile Emissary" aloud near the Great Guardian.
He will ask you to meet with the Grand Guardian in Sacred Forest 19-1.
But first we're going to speak to Theodora again.

Return to Tavaly Town Hall and say "Sacred Ritual" aloud near Theodora.
She will ask for the rest of the items;
20x Yowien Blue Vine
20x Yowien Yellow Vine
20x Crystal Bar
20x Yowien Grey Fur

Head to Sacred Forest 19-1 (38,52) and say "Hostile Emissary" aloud near the Forest Great Warrior.
He will take the second set of items and ask to meet at the ruins in the northeast corner of Tavaly Village.
Then he says to meet at the ruins in the east corner of Tavaly Village.
Head back to Tavaly Town Hall and say "Secret Ritual" near Theodora.
She will tell you to gather a team and meet at the cave.

The quest is unfinished and this as far as we can go at this moment.
Part two coming next week (it's been months now).
