Throttler's Wife

Head to West Woodland 12-1 and speak to Throttler at (21,20).
When he asks if you will do him a favor click "Sure."
He will then ask you to find him a wife.

Head to Mileth Village and say "Throttler Wife" near Female NPCS.
You can ask Riona at Mileth Inn, Aingeal or Duana at Mileth Tavern, Oona at Mileth Restaurant or Devlin at Mileth White Magic Master.

Eventually one of the females will give you Throttler's Letter.

Return to Throttler and give him the Throttler's Letter.

You will receive 100,000 Experience.
