Head to Asilon Town and enter Asilon Canteena at 42,25.
Talk to Tybar about the pests around the town and select the "Sure, I will help".

He will then give you two hours to kill five of one type of the following creatures;

Once you have killed 5 of the specified creature return to Tybar to receive your reward.

You will receive 100-300 Ability Points.
This quest is repeatable.
