Allocating stat points is an important part of building your character. Adding wisdom and constitution at lower levels increases the amount of mana and health gained per level. Adding strength will allow your character to hold more items and hit harder. Intellect and dexterity will have minimal effects until later in the game. You will need to be careful when adding stat points though, because you might find yourself unable to learn all the skills and spells that you need. Warriors Monks and Rogues have a lot of spare points, Wizards have a lot of choice but will be able to easily collect all of the basics, but Priests will need to be very careful as some of their plans have no wiggle room.
I messed up my stats, what can I do?
Firstly make sure that you have actually messed them up. It may not be as bad as you think;
If you've added 40 wisdom on a Warrior you will still be able to learn everything.
If you've spent all your stats but are two intellect short, you could find items that add stats.
If you've truely messed up your stats a few options are available;
- Master instead of subbing
- Buy any missing skills or spells for 850 Kruna ($8.50) each after you sub
- Remake your character and follow a stat plan.
What is the difference between master plans and subpath plans?
If a character plans on mastering they will eventually be able to buy more stats as this class.
This means that they only need to add enough stats to learn the skills and spells required to master and they can learn everything else later.
If a character is subbing they will need to get all their skills and spells with the limited amount of stat points.
I want to add as much wisdom as possible on a Warrior
It sounds like you're trying to get as much mana as possible on your warrior? a little questionable but I'm here to help.
If you look at the warrior "Everything" plan it says that a warrior can learn all their skills and spells with 13 wisdom.
This means that it would be safe to add 13 wisdom without "wasting" a single point.
It's also worth noting that a warrior will have 42 spare stat points with this plan at 99, so you could safely add a litle more if you wanted.
